- Combined shipping is automatically computed when you buy 2 or more items simultaneously
- By default SwissPost & TNT services are used for shipping, but on request, other carrier can be used
- Each parcel with a shipping fee above 30 CHF is automatically insured (object value is covered up to 1000 CHF) and a tracking number is provided. Object value over 1000 CHF can be covered up to 3000 CHF with extra insurance of 15 CHF. Tracking number can be followed at the following address:

- You will be informed prior to shipping if your parcel is insured or not. For shipping fees bellow 30 CHF extra insurance can be bought for 6 CHF
- SwissQualityDiscount will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that get shipped without insurance
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (customs, duty, tariff & tax fees), and declared value is item total
